Context
I led a comprehensive marketing & creative strategy for the Merge Dragons project, focusing on enhancing ad delivery effectiveness.
Our approach involved conducting in-depth user analysis to understand audience preferences and behavior, performing competitive analysis to identify market trends, and conducting branding and positioning analysis to ensure alignment with project objectives.
From the outset of the Merge Dragons launch, our study was pivotal in optimizing the impact and resonance of advertisements, ensuring they effectively communicated the game’s unique value proposition.
